A joke for Scottish football fans

A man enters a bar and orders a drink. The bar has a robot bartender.
The robot pours him the perfect pint, and then asks him,"What's your
IQ?" The man replies "150" and the robot proceeds to make conversation
about global warming factors, quantum physics and spirituality,
biomimicry, environmental interconnectedness, string theory,
nanotechnology, and sexual proclivities.? The customer is very
impressed
and thinks, "This is really cool." He decides to test the robot. He
walks out of the bar, turns around, and comes back in for another
drink.
Again, the robot serves him the perfectly prepared drink and asks him,
"What's your IQ?" The man responds, "about a 100." Immediately the
robot
starts talking, but this time, about football, rugby, supermodels,
favorite foods, guns, and women's body parts. Really impressed, the man
leaves the bar and decides to give the robot one more test. He heads
out
and returns, the robot serves him and asks,"What's your IQ?" The man
replies, "Er, 50, I think." And the robot says... really slowly,
...................... "So............... de.. ye.. think.. you..
were..
unlucky.. against..Villareal?"

At least they are British, unlike Celtic fans who, even when called Hamish Angus Stewart McGregor insist on calling themselves Irish. Why when you were born and raised in Scotland do you have this attraction to a completely foreign country? Cardiff City Fans don't go around supporting Germany so why the lack of loyalty to your home nation?

I have no time for the Irish supporting Celts or the English supporting Gers. Religion dictating which team you back? It's a filthy disease that runs through Scottish football, as the "loyal" fan clubs in Aberdeenshire or the Borders, and all places in between, testify.

I've never met a Scottish Celtic fan who claims to be Irish.
I tell you something though......I live with a tim and they are preferable to huns. The lesser intelligent Rangers fan is insufferable. Totally deluded glory hunters who think they have an instant right to success.
And the bigoted sectarian thing is repugnant to all true football fans.

They don't need to claim to be Irish, Jock. It's the tricolours flying at home games; almost as repugnant as the Union Jacks and Red Hand of Ulster banners at Hun Central.

It's a bloody spectator sport. Club colours, by all means, but leave the politics and religion at home. At least with Aberdeen fans, you only have to watch out for the inflatable sheep.

Celtic were originally founded by Brother Walfred who wanted a Catholic side in Glasgow to match the one already in Edinburgh, Hibernian. The club was also formed for the Catholic immigrants from Ireland. My great grandparents were among the immigrants who settled in Glasgow's east end. Although we are catholics, and support Celtic, some of my family have crossed the religious divide and married into Protestant families, and have offspring of Rangers and Celtic fans. To me the Irish flag is synonymous with Celtic because it represents the mother country. It doesn't mean we support the IRA.
