Good point made by Private Eye on 'Tony's Millions'

Labour will now almost certainly steer clear of giving peerages to any major donors, which means Labour donations will go down and they will have less funding. So what does 'Teflon' Tony do? He wants political parties to be state-funded. Of course Tessa Jowell knows nothing about this so don't blame her.
