If you have a Direct Debit set up for paying your credit card monthly, do you know that VISA check with your bank several days before the payment is due to see if the required funds are available? If there's not enough there the bastards record it as being bounced and you incur penalties. It doesn't make any difference if the funds are there on the due date.
