How can I stop spam?

Apologies if this has been here before but I get about 50 messages a day and deleting them is a pain.I think the problem may be that I use ebay and my e mail address is on that when I sell something and people want to use paypal..Is there anything anyone here can suggest.I use outlook express and block senders but it makes no differance.Does everyone get this ?I use Tiscali Broadband.Any suggestions would be appreciated!I only have one email address though I know it may be possible to have more (not sure how to do that..I am totally self taught and have spend loads on technical help over the years!

It's a simple equation:

email address + internet = spam


This will give you a good overview of the problem and what you can do

I'd also reccomend using SpamGourmet
