Ive got an up to 8MB cable link and in the evening, BGAFD regularly runs so slowly as to be almost unusable. Its currently the slowest website I use.

Nope not you. It was really slow yesterday too but other websites were fine. I just thought the admin were switching servers are something.

We've re-enabled MySQL caching which we had running for years on the old server but overlooked in the switch to the new one, a few weeks back.
