Did anyone see this film last night?
Its really good, I dont like his music, but his story and the way the films shot made it compelling, a fave of old Kurt Cobain and many others and a bit like Brian Wilson. if you like musicians who are a bit Bananas then its worth catching next time its on tv.

Yes, I saw most of it. It might reignite the bi-polar thread that featured here. When you watch something like that there isn't a sense in which he 'suffers' from mental illness because Johnson himself seemed to have no complaints .. it's just who he is and his view of the world and his place in it.
