I agree Steve. The government should buy them drawing books instead. It all starts when they are young and the parents couldnt afford t buy crayons and when they did, they had no paper to draw on. Its a shame.

Or better still, they should get jobs as painters and decorators.

Typical dregs nothing better to do than destroy everything around them, looking after the kid the 19 year old had never crossed his mind or have a kjob for that matter.
