But the forensic findings were at odds with the verdict.

It's pretty obvious that he was gang-raped, if gang-rape is not bad enough in itself it was severe at that, they went too far, and dumped him in a pool as if he drowned.

Whether or not Barrymore was party to it, we don't know.

........as the verdict is still open, and as this still may be a murder enquiry, has Lubbock been put to rest yet, or is he still in the mortuary?

It is a real shame for that poor family, but I do not recall a funeral for the lad as yet.
