Blu-ray films

Post by Peter »

If a film is on blu-ray, does it mean its automatically high definition, or its just the media its burned on?

Word of warning Gents. Mate of mine runs 2 Sony Centre franchises and he is not yet convinced, unless you have a top dollar TV and expensive connectors a blu-ray player isn't worth buying yet. Interest in them is pretty flat, no real buzz. Give them a good 12 months yet to get the technology right, a lot of teething troubles..........

Sony has taken a major gamble with PS3 then- blu-ray by default, when the market hasn't decided if it wants it.

Odd.
