how do you manage to persuade to get such hot awesome babes into your videos, how much do you pay them and whats the cost of a scene?

I heartily agree that OEJ stuff is good but dispute that you
cannot find them on the net. Partly cos his stuff has been
packaged and repackaged, it must be some of the most
accessible porn on the net.

Assuming you are in the UK you have the following options:

+ Order from Your Choice, this sites sponsors.
+ Look for a DVD range called 'British Hardcore' down
at you local sex shop.
+ I have no personal experience with this route, but
the OEJ website can be found in this sites links
section.

Assuming you are not, check out the 'British Amateurs'
series - which is mostly OEJ & Jason Reece material,
available on DVD & video from sites like Gamelink.

Hi Chris, Hearing people like yourself rave about my stuff makes the whole thing worthwhile, which is why I dedicate a sentence at the end of my OEJ shows to the fans, but the real praise must go to the performers without whom I would be left twiddling my piece and whistling dixie. Any girl that's worked for me will tell you I take time to interview them in my casual laid back manner over a cup of tea or coffee to find what works for them and me for the kind of video I want to make (hence the popularity of public places stuff). The next praise goes to my editors for having the creative skill of tying up the loose ends from all the shagging that goes on. You'll see special extended scenes of the OEJ series in a directors cut in the next few months.

Everyone knows that my series can be obtained from Your Choice, but I do have other spin off lines, some of which you'll find in shops over here on R18 such as Naughty Shorties {shot on the back of John Masons Two Blue Hardcore mag. British Bangers (chronicling my early efforts and further adventures in the porn game when John Mason came on the One Eyed Jack wagon) and the British Bangers: Housecalls series which is the behind the scenes stuff and test shoots of many a model who went on to become stars in the industtry, on my series and some who faded into obscurity. This series does boast some names as guest stars and has unusual moments and is what I consider, real raw amateur/ home made style...Some would say all my stuff is shot this way but hey, I don't purport to be of the calibre of the major players. I is what I is afterall.

I don't really want to disclose what I pay for models, except to say I pay industry standard, even for test shoots. The cost of a scene varies depending on who I shoot for. If I'm the stud, then the cost of that scene is for the model and whatever expenses are incurred if I use a hotel or train etc. If I'm shooting a group scene, like I did for Have Dick Will Travel, let's put it this way: Model fees came to well over ?1200 and the food and drink at the restaurant came to ?400. Naturally, this is a luxury I don't afford that much. I don't persuade models who don't already want to do this, but I suppose money is a motivating factor and that the whole thing can be seen as fun rather than work is another factor. Also models don't have to shag me to get the job. Some don't mind and they do (on camera).

I know this has been asked before but when oh when oh when are you going to bring your back catalogue out on DVD?

I've been holding off buying the VHS versions in the hope that the DVD release will be soon, but I don't thing I can hold on much longer without making a mess requiring several boxes of Kleenex to clean up!!

Most of the early stuff is on DVD already in the two British Amateurs series, the PAL DVDs being called British Amateurs, followed by the names of those taking aprt usually and the American releases (same scenes) being called British Amateurs from Liverpool, Manchester etc. The lists on this site try to indicate which scenes have been repackaged where, including in DVDs.

Just to put the record straight, TwoBlue Hardcore is not actually a John Mason-produced magazine!

It's actually one of three fully hardcore Uk mags published by Galaxy (the makers of Fiesta etc).

John does shoot a lot of stuff for TwoBlue Hardcore but it's not exclusively his mag.

In answer to Corrado, I plan to repackage the early shoots as part of my British Bangers series. I plan to release them out of sequence, so the early catalogue will come out after the newer never seen before stuff is established, thereby allowing new customers to become acqainted with my older films without alienating the fans. I do plan DVD releases but have no more info to offer on this subject yet.
