He was the aussie guy who was caught assisting Al Qaida and detained in Guantanamo Bay for five years. He is due to return to oz and serve a 7 year sentance after a plea bargin type deal.

If he was, he ain't now - reportedly, 5 years of detention without human rights have left him physically and mentally broken. Strange how all of these "most dangerous people on earth" have been quietly released, bit by bit, as America realises how Guantanamo has undermined its moral authority.
