I can't get BBC4.

Well, to be more accurate I can get BBC4 only if my outdoor aerial is upgraded. Now, that's not up to me, that's the responsibility of my landlord! I've been told that I can use an indoor aerial to receive all Freeview channels, but I haven't got round to bothering to find out yet!
