I had a binge at the weekend and all i know is that as you get older your body takes a lot longer to deal with it, alcohol is very addictive and can easily get out of control i use to be out every night and drink at least eight - ten pints of larger and a lot more at the weekends but i dont do it now, well just on the odd occassions.

Its well known that its the 2 major legal drugs that cause the most harm
in society
If people could see how they behaved(via video) when under the influence rather than remembering what a great time they had from their fragmented
memories I think a few might change their ways or at least tone it down
The threat of illness & disease obviously isn't a deterrent as i can recall all to well my own misguided teen/20 something days
Spare a thought for those middle class tossers who polish of a bottle or 2 of red/white a day thinking their within the dangerous limits.If only they knew how small a standard drink really was
As for george best,people will think what they like but i agree once and alcoholic always one drink away from re-starting the nightmare
I think the biggest gripe was how he initially got the liver...queue jumping if my memory serves me correctly

some people can be if they've already had a few and you

I most like a drink when I'm already happy and full of beans. Its like, " I'm feeling great, so lets go all the way." The last chance there is of me boozing is when I'm feeling depressed. Apparently tests done with monkeys showed the same thing. Perhaps I'm a monkey.
