Can any one here explain the fuss about my space. It just seems to be loads of people with far too much time on their hands and no mates. I looked at a couple of pages and there are guys stating they have about thirty stunning girls as their friends, If I had friends like those I would not spend my time on a fucking computer, that's for sure.
Is it a good marketing tool or is it just a fad?
I am not slagging it but I am a bit of a fossil when it comes to computer world and I just don't get it.
Should this be something that I as a producer would benefit from?
Advice on this would be helpful.
I don't need any more friends as I am lucky and have loads of mates. Most are the same from when I was a kid. So do I need more cyber friends?
I enjoy the bgafd forums and have some chums from here. Even if they do support Chelsea. Or lesser teams then Arsenal.

I agree with you Marino old chap. It's totally overrated!! It's just marketed at youngsters of the mobile phone generation, for the rest of us it's a complete waste of space.
Re: my space
It does seem a fine hunting ground for stalkers and paedos. People seem to use it as a diary, but it's open to the entire world.

It is a form of Marketing/Networking tool.

I have a Myspace as well, but rarely bother with it, lol.
1 of the things that really piss me off with myspace, is everything is on 1 page, & say for example you have some1 who has hundreds of friends, with absolute tons of messages posted on their page. It takes fucking ages to get the page to load, & takes up so much of your processor memory, which could be used for porn, LOL, & I am on Broadband, so how fucked does it make you, if your on dial-up? Why can't they at least setup multiple pages for different things, that way you wont have a kazillion pictures trying to load all at the same time, & fucking your computer up.

What about those who don't support/watch/or even like football, would they still be classed as friends/chums? LOL, only kidding. !grin!

Re: my space
A cleverly marketed tool which has been over hyped
If your working overseas then it could be a great way of keeping in touch
instead of repeating yourself over & over via emails etc
