Re-sizing images - free download?

I have over 500 images that i need to re-size so i can upload them to my adultwork profile. Is there anything online that i can dowload for free that can help me?

Shoot me an email, I'll give ya a program where u can do them as often as you like using batch files

If your too lazy, I hook u up with a script of do it yourself.

I use either Macromedia Fireworks or Windows Paint to do re-sizing. don't know about online sites, but I just found this on a google search.

Can the proggy or script you are talking about resize to various different sizes (width or height seperately/different amounts), or just reduction in both at the same time?

The script I wrote, is set for web use, so it makes them a set width (for galleries as height isnt that important on table layouts) and the height is kept in aspect to whatever it needs to be, so the image is resized just like doing it in fireworks/photoshop or whatever.

The program is a batch program and all dimentions can be set, be it resize to height, width, or crop to both.

Irfanview is similar

The script requires a webserver that allows uploads do you have that available ?

Pretty much useless unless you have webhosting that supports PHP ?

If your looking for a program simly to resize and browes thumb and some basic editting tools, then look the one I use isnt very friendly to use heheh.

Thats a pretty good install there.

I always use a super charged LAMP install, can't think what its called tho, but it includes a heap of modules, but didnt include pear.

And without Linux always used PHP Triad, but that looks more usefull.

I've had a quick look at Irfanview in the past, never really used it though.
