strictly broadband

hello to everyone , first post , thought i would see if anyone can help me. Is anyone else having problems playing films from strictly broadband, it always worked ok until the last few days, now it comes up that i am not connected to the internet, if anybody has any ideas what the problem is i would be very grateful, by the way i am connected to the internet

maybe youve got [ work offline ticked] under file tab or tools tab depending what browser your using
