Sound asleep at the wheel as per usual,like most others would be at 12.22am in the morning

Much better to utilise your sick leave before your holidays

Food Poisoning is a get out of work free card for at least a week

Amazing how easy it is to get a doc to write such a certificate
Home visit...Bucket full of vomit....wallah sick certificate
