Big Willy Productions gave the rights to Magma in August last year, for central Europe, so it's kind of new.
The video by its original name is Amazing Omar's Triumphs 21 : Scrapyard Sluts. No idea why Magma are calling it #22.

Magma are subject to EC Directive 02/4738-b, which rules that, because of mounting pressure from concerned astrologers, mediums and other triskaidekaphobiacs, the number 13 is to be completely abolished to prevent the inevitable lawsuits from anyone involved in an aaccident dates bearing that number, living at an address now identified as 12a, etc. As a result the titles have been renumbered accordingly.
