Performance tips

Post by Dan Molls »

Could the male performers out there please relay a few tips for us mere mortals on improving performance (eg. what things to eat, what not to drink etc..) for a heavy session ?

As they deal with this scenario all the time, I feel the ordinary bloke could do with their advice.......I did hear Sir Ben once comment on the virtues of celery munching....!!!

Any advice fellas ???

Thanks, Dan
Wendy

Is this the lovely Dan of Studhunt fame I hear talking? Why do you need any tips on performance, I didn't have any complaints :-)

Dan,
it's more to do with you're frame of mind than your diet. If you can get over the inital 'I must not fuck up' scenario, and get you're head around what you are doing then you should have no problem.
Some performers say that eating certain things help their performances, but I put that down more to the 'lucky rabbits foot' syndrome.

Could there be a market for a sexual tips book made up from contributions from actresses/actors?

actually how about a sex tips topic? it would be intriquing to hear from our beloved stars?

A good balanced with plenty of greens or salad, a good nights rest (with no fiddling with the little fella) and a long cool glass of water on a regular basis and prior to the shoot should work. There's no real failsafe method. Everyone has their own modus operandi.

As the "Hardwood" experts have stated, nothing is guarranteed. It's all a state of mind anyway.
Personally I favour consulting with J.Walker and hoping for the best. (This assuming that you really want a scientific opinion).

FIRSTLY , THE WILL AND WANT TO DO IT, SECOND, AVOID INTERFERING WITH THE LITTLE FELLA , PREFERABLY TWO DAYS PRIOR. NOT TO LONG AND NOT TO CLOSE A TIME GAP BUILDING UP TO A BIG SESSION. VITAMIN C HELPS, PURE O.J, GETS THE FLUIDS RUNNIG ROUND YOUR BODY, AVOID ALCOHOL AND DRUGS PRIOR, THEY IMPEDE PERFORMANCE AND YOU ARE MORE PRONE TO MAKING A COCK-UP (NO PUN INTENDED!) DURING THE "BIG SESSION". EAT BALANCED MEALS IF POSSIBLE, AND TRY TO EAT SOMETHING DECENT PRIOR TO THE JOB. WATER IS IMPORTANT, AND TO SUSTAIN URE PERFORMANCE , DRINK IT DURING THE SESSION, IT KEEPS THE LITLE FELLA FROM DEHYDRATING. ONLY JOKING, URE BODY NEEDS WATER COZ ITS PHYSICAL EXERCISE, NO DIFFRENT THAT A WORKOUT IN THE GYM.

it's the potential for modus inoperandi that causes concern.
