Here you go Wazza...
In return for your guiding me to Will Self's articles, I thought I'd return the favour with something I think you'd like. I know you like Wodehouse, and Mr. Fry was indeed influenced by the man.
His blog contains his 'blessays' which are elequently written, and rather witty - of course.
