Doesn't seem to have a free account option like the others
Why is that?

Before anyone flames me I use them solely for films that can't be sourced anywhere else

It doesn't seem to have any connection with rapidshare.com either.
A paid account with the latter doesn't give access to the same aspect of rapidshare.de.
Bloody Germans...who won the war then....lol

rapidshare.de is going to be a similar answer I'd expect
unless i learn German

Deuce could you be a good chap and explaind to a dumbass like me what Rapidshare.de and what's the difference between them and Rapidshare.com? which is the one I use.

Really depends on what you'd be using them for
I don't use any of them for uploading & sharing so i have no idea on that side

Download wise

4.5 gb download limit for free
unlimited downloads/upload for free

Both rapidshare on the other hand allow about 100mb every 3/4 hours
and their speeds are way down on the other 2(popularity)download wise

explains what the relationship is between the 2 rapidshares....apparently a german company

Thanks, I've used Megaupload.com before and they're a bit slow when it comes uploading things.
For all their faults, I still think that Rapidshare is the best.

Uploading wise rapidshare.com/de would seem by its popularity to be streets ahead but like i said from a dwonload perspective they suck

rapidshare.com averaged 20kb/sec
rapidshare.de 50kb
badongo 100kb
megaload 100kb+

As I said it all depends on what your using them for

Theres also the inactive upload issue to consider
Seem to be an awful lot of people on the net urging people to download their files so they will stay undeleted...seems too silly to be true
