Any info on ex-Babestation Sofia?

Does anyone remember Sofia from Babestation?. She was the crazy Italian babe with dark hair that used to work with Kat, Izzy, Geri, and Lolita among others back in the good ol' days of BS.
I spend many ????'s texting her under the nickname TIGER, cos I was smitten with her (silly huh!!).

Does anyone know her full name or contact details as i'd really like to catch up with her. Anyone know what she's doing now, or know if there are any pics you could send me?
I know she used to work on a city farm in London (but don't know which one) working with disadvantaged kids, so I've even tried looking at all city farm websites to see if their staff members are pictured there.

I've searched the internet for years and have fully searched BGAFD for any reference too, but no luck. There's simply no info out there that I can find, so I have finally resorted to asking for help.
