Can anyone recommend a good place to buy 'Vivid' or 'Private' type porno ?

Re: Soho Porno
When I'm in Soho I quite often visit the Pirate shop on Brewer Street (the pink one with 2 doors!). They usually have most of the recent Vivid, Private and Ben Dover stuff.
DVD's and videos are all R18 and usual cost is around ?20 each, ?30 for 2, etc.
I'm not sure about the other shops in the area though, could anyone recommend other good ones, I'd be quite interested to know as well. Thanks.

Re: Soho Porno
They all sell the same titles. Only differ by size of their shops and consequently how many shelf space they have to stock titles.
Prices are roughly the same in all shops. ?20 for 1 video/DVD. Part exchange old titles for a tenner. Some Brit titles can be found for about ?12.

Re: Soho Porno
There about half-a-dozen licensed stores on Brewer St.
Their stock will be similar (there are only so many
R18 titles after all), but it is often worth checking
several stores because there will be a few variances.
Best store IMHO is Soho Original Videos / Books 2 -
the licensed sex shop is accessed in the basement.
The basement area has more space devoted to Videos than
any of the others. The afore-mentioned 'Pirate' is also
quite spacious, but is more of a general purpose sex
shop. A nearby 'Harmony' store is also good. The blue
doored 'Private' store is David Sullivan owned.
Most will do 3 DVDs/videos for ?50.

re Best video shops in London
By far the best shops in London IMHO are the first and third on Eversholt Street, next to Euston station, and the first shop on York Way, next to Kings Cross. Because they sell genuine original Club Seventeen, Pirate, etc for ?20, or ?10 exchange. And of course all the best tapes you'd want to watch haven't been released over here yet. These shops, all run by the same people, arenn't licensed and the tapes aren't R18, they're foreign originals. I can't praise them too highly.
