Big Bang

Post by Jason »

If there was a God, Valencia Diaz would do B/G hardcore, she is just soooooo fucking cute.....

Otherwise the show in general was a bit disappointing - way too many close up shots of unidentifiable girls. I think it was an opportunity wasted but thats probably as much to do with UK censorship laws as anything else.

Oh and Nick Bateman - what a twat.

Hi Jason,

I'm sorry that you felt that the Big Bang was 'a bit disappointing', could you please elaborate further as to why this show was 'an opportunity wasted'?

I apologise for asking but an incredible amount of time, money, planning and effort went into this production and so many people worked very, very hard to make it a reality.

Obviously as a webmaster for an amateur girls site, you would have found it quite easy to conduct 40 glamour models, a 5 man camera crew, 7 make up artists, 2 electricians and various behind the scenes staff.

And it would have been an absolute doddle to sort out the overhead lighting rig, 2 behind the scenes camera crews, various members of the press and continuous food and drink for 75 people. Oops, forgot about the studio, the costumes, transport, security, extra toilet facilities, accomodation and insurance.

Not that I did all of the above on my own, the models, the good folks at TAC, my talented crew and my editor have all done a magnificent job in my opinion.

I apologise if it sounds like 'I'm going off on one', but I found your post to be extremely negative. Additionally you haven't backed up any of your criticisms with sufficient explanations.

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers,

Big Jim

Load of bollocks Jason, but then everybodies entitled to their opinion.Negative comments without contructive ideas are a waste of breath-they help no one.

40 glamour models and you only recognised one.I suggest you do a little bit of research. The list previously posted had a lot of well known babes.

Mr.Jim...I have not seen your production, but Im sure you must have put a lot of work into it..you need a medal perhaps. It was well-known on the grapevine that this set-piece was being filmed a few months ago...I seem to remember lots of publicity, fine.

...but because you have vast numbers of crew, models, lights,
production staff,teaboys,costumes or whatever,does'nt constitute a 'masterpiece'..

The film industry is fickle, vast fortunes can be spent (e.g.Cleopatra)and still fail at the box-office-someone comes along with a hand held camera and a light (Blair Witch Project)
and cleans up at the box office, and makes the company a fortune.

Surely all the punter want's is,tit, bottom, fanny (in moderation),
why not save the company money and yourself and shoot with the bare minimum.Nobody appreciates vast epics or talent, you know that in this business.

Your thought no more of....if you want your name in lights and a huge budget head for Hollywood, like Frank Thring and others, and see the World through the camera lens.

Why stay here?

Hi Big Jim

You know i am a great fan of your work and I have really been looking forward to the Big bang. as I was out last night i recorded it and so far have only had the chance to watch the first two rounds.

I can see just that that it looks like being a Masterpiece so dont let one or two carpers get up your nose. Two critics will not be representative of your much wider audience, I am sure.

However I do agree with Jason on one point and find myself in a hint of sympathy on the other.

Valencia was, as always stunning and for me the star.

With loadsa girls in the ring a kaleidescope of multi female flesh is certainly, for me at least, a turn on. The possible problem has nothing to do with the event or the shooting; its in the editing.

No sooner is ones attention drawn towards a bit of action, and taken an interest in it, editing cuts to another bit of action with different girls. A teenty bit of frustration builds up as this keeps happening.

To fit 40 girls into 1 1/2 hours its inevitable I suppose but how about turning it into a series and showing longer shots of selected girls in multiple action each week. Surely there enough unshown material to keep me for one glued to my TV set for weeks on end.

Anyway as i say I haven't seen it all yet so may be feeling differently when I have, but its a minor quibble. What I have seen so far is terrific.

Hello again,

Thank you all for the compliments regarding the Big Bang. I suppose I went a bit OTT last night because of one negative posting.

Frank you have made some very good observations in your post and I can fully understand where you are coming from. The original Big Bang concept was to be a six part series which would have slowly built up to the full orgy. The quick cutting between various groups of girls were, I suspect, for the following reasons - a) So we could feature all of the girls in action b) Some of the shots may have been too hardcore for the UK and c) To keep the show moving along without it getting boring or stagnating.

As to the comments made by TheProf, well I think you may have gotten the wrong end of the stick. I wasn't having a pop because I am on some vainglorious ego trip, I was upset that the first post regarding the Big Bang was so flippant and off hand.

A lot of people who worked on the show dip into this forum and I became upset that their hard work was dismissed so easily. As for your other comments, well I will have to take those with a pinch of salt.

Right I've put my toys back in the pram now.

Cheers,

Big Jim
