What's the point of them? Most of them just boom way too much. So unless you want to shake the house or annoy the neighbours, they're rubbish. As far as I can tell they don't enhance any piece of music and ruin most.
Is it just a chav thing to like (big) subwoofers? When it comes to cars this is undoubtedly true.
