Reminds me of an old 'Not the Nine o'clock News' skit where Mel Smith and Pamela Stephenson have a studio debate about the crime rate amongst Briton's youth.
Its the one where Mel is the local Conservative candidate and wants to have the little turds beaten senseless etc. Pam plays the social justice youth worker type and squirms with impatience waiting to have her say. But instead of disagreeing, she wholeheartedly agrees and wants to stove the little buggers heads in etc. The scene ends with the two of them eagerly boasting how much of a kicking they'd love to give 'em.

I find it quite funny that Dibble who has been in anti-chav mode for years finds it humorous that these low life cunts finally found a victim that deserved it (in his eyes). Not sure how Labour are to blame for producing these inbred muppets, but I am pretty sure that the problem is just to vote Tory at the next election and this problem will cease to exist.
