Winfixer

I hope some kind soul on these forums can help.

When I switch the PC on, I get a red shield in the bottom right-hand corner saying 'Your computer is at risk'. After a short while the PC reboots itself. I can't seem to do very much without this happening.

Apparantly it's called Winfixer (possibly malware). Does anybody have a fix for this, or point me in the right direction?

Start your computer in safe mode(see below)and run what ever anti-virus/spyware programs you've got



If that fails search out the winfixer removal solutions.Fingers crossed you dont need to go into the registry



If your not confident going into the registry then a spyware forum using the hijack this program would probably be best.All sorts of useful info here as to how to remove & protect your PC
