Basicaly the French don't like anyone else but the French - so it's not specifically a British thing. They're just pissed off that French language and culture take a back seat in the whole world, otside of a handful of countries.

And when you've got a Gallic Dwarf as president, it can only get worse.

Are you seriously suggesting that the French have no culture?

Not really Steve. The French consider it rude to address them in English and hence the racial stereotype. Speak French or have a go at speaking French and they are fine.

I'd confirm this, though one Frenchman took it a little far with me.

He stopped me outside Westminster tube station and asked, in French, directions to the British Museum. I don't speak French, but, obviously, the words 'British Museum' and his gesticulations gave me enough to understand him.

Unfortunately, I couldn't help him in my directions and so wrote down the names of Tubes stations/lines he should follow instead. He looked at my directions, dismissed me with a wave of the hand and threw my paper in the bin, walking off!

Maybe he'd bumped into a few forumites on here, before meeting me. Enough to put anyone in a bad mood !wink!

As for a lack of culture.........hahahahahahahahahahaha!

France is beautiful, one of my bros has a place down south, people in the village cultured and polite, kids well behaved, it only goes downhill when I arrive with my entourage, I think they see me as a little crued....cunts!
