Privacy etc.

Post by marcusallen »

Been busy for a couple of days and on reading the "Customs" etc.
thread I can definately and definitivly say that none us us have privacy/immunity from Officialdom-or indeed some very clever, little-known private organisations and computers are a dead giveaway.
The subject of pedeophilia however, needs to be clarified in my opinion. On the fortunate occasions they are caught, they are not classified as CRIMINALS, but cossetted and 'Treated' in the Nick. They are kept totally and absolutely apart from "common criminals", counselled, treated with the respect one would normally expect from nurses in a meternity ward and eventually turned loose to traumatise some other childs life forever.
The ONLY answer is a mandatory natural life sentence. The death penalty has been abolished.
No-one ever offerd to "Treat" me. I ripped off banks and other institutions either by way of (in the old days) blowing/cutting safes, or latterly with "paper" but I am incorrigable/incurable in the eyes of the AUTHORITIES, indeed, I was once told be a Judge when he sentenced me for and ATTEMPTED bank fraud involving ?3 million, that I was "An evil man"!!!

One of the posters rambled on about freedom to look.
When we look at porn, we get aroused.
When a "nonce" looks at kiddy porn, he gets aroused.
Short wonder the eyeballing of children is an offence. The ONLY problem with that part of our antiquated legal system is that the penalties are far, far too lenient.

I agree with most of what you say Marcus but if we are applying this theory to pedophiles why not apply the same to murderers or rapists or any other criminals?

I agree 100% that the criminal justice system is weighted in favour of the criminal and that sentences are way too lenient - even then jail is no longer a deterrent to most offenders but a mere inconvenience.

When I was younger if I did something wrong I got a whack for it, next time I was gonna do something wrong my tiny brain clicked and associated wrong with getting my arse kicked. That made me think twice and, usually, I didn't do it. Likewise if we still had the death penalty then someone committing a murder, for example, would think twice before doing it as the consequences would be pretty major for them if they got caught.

Leaving the death penalty issue aside, I agree that pedophiles should be classed as criminals BUT I also think that the policy of segregation makes sense otherwise mob rule would reign and summary justice would follow (I know some would say what's the issue with that but I believe in the justice system).

Lets face it there is something wrong with them and they do need treatment - if they cannot be cured then yes the natural life sentence should be enforced. If they can be cured (beyond any doubts) then they should serve the remainder of the their sentence and then be released.

On a final note I think parents have a lot to answer for. A lot of kids today are not dressed like kids but from the cradle are dressed like women with make up and revealing clothes.

I regularly see kids walking around my estate aged no more than 11 or 12 wearing tight low cut tops and mini skirts or whatever - that's no way to dress a child.

I am not in any way defending pedophiles but I do think that if parents did not make kids so "attractive" to them a lot of the problems could be solved - certainly the opportunist ones anyway.

Joe,
for an intelligent man, your remark belittles you.

Jason,
The first half of your response is fine by me, but to blame parents!!!
In the first instance, any parent is basically controlled by their offsping, I know!! "Daddy/Mummy "I must have this or that because all the other kids have. They are mind-controlled by the power of advertising, e.g. Pop Vidoes. These are their mentors and idols. Record producers know that the vast market they seek is KIDS, poor sods on DHSS put their financial lives on the line to let their kids "Keep up with the Joneses"
Why you think pop videos are so sexy?- and these are for children!!
As for the abusers/nonces,. I'd still kill the motherfuckers rather than let them loose in society and anyone who disagrees, can of course do so, but meanwhile GO TO HELL , courtesy of me.

I didn't blame parents exclusively - I said they have a lot to answer for and I stand by that. The pop industry and advertisers have a lot to answer for too but ultimately the job of a parent is to protect their kids and decide whats best for them - dressing them in provocative clothes at the age of 12 is not what's best for the kid.

Just because a kid says "I want" doesn't mean the parent has to give - when I was younger there was loads I wanted but didn't get, what has happened to the simple answer of no???

BTW I am not a parent so maybe I am not qualified to say some of the above but if I was a parent that's how I would bring my kids up - my way and not the Joneses way or some record companies way.

I think we have to get into a judicial system where the punishment fits the crime so I think rapists (of children or adults) should be castrated, thieves should have their hands removed etc etc - that sure would deter the bastards for the future.

On a final, I am not sure if your last comment is directed at me or the nonces but if it is for me I have thick skin and it doesn't bother me in the slightest.
