Satellite help ?

Post by Dave Wells »

Guys,

I have just bought a Technomate TM5400 CI = USB sat system and have noticed that it has (scrambled) all the Sky channels.

Does anybody know how to unscramble them or where to get the cards from (all I have found insist on a sky box).

And talking of cards does anybody know a supplier of porn channel cards (don't mind if hooky).

cheers,

Dave.

I have the same receiver, and think it's a great piece of kit for the money.

I am not sure about your Sky situation (ie I don't have nor particularly want Sky), and know that it is nigh on impossible to crack (NDS encryption)....not that I would condone such behaviour, you understand. Also, Sky are excellent at locking out other platforms, in that their boxes are set up to be able to receive Sky and not much else. Not sure if this is the cause of your grief.

For adult cards I got my 5-channel card (Dorcel, FreeX1 and 2, X-Dream and FrenchLoverTV) from Satellite Superstore. Decent price for a 12 month card (less than ?60) and good service (including after sales support - I bought a full system from them). Several other suppliers will do a similar deal, too.

Assuming you are on hotbird, reports suggest that the picture quality on Spice Platinum is about the best you can get, but it's ?120 a year for only one channel. Dorcel isn't too bad for quality of picture. Beware of the likes of the sexview packages, though - they may seem a great deal for a big channel bundle, but watching those is like watching a copy-of-a-copy of a VHS! You have been warned...!

The best picture quality/content is Hustler TV (formerly Private Gold) on 5E. Not that keen on Private Spice.
