hello
another question:
who knows:
http://www.driversdetectives.com/landin ... 7&key=.RAR
I've downloaded it but before I can use it, they ask for name, email-address and postal address.
So now I hesitate: could it be that they want money for it? I did not find any hint to this but won't risk it.
thanks in advance!
I.
driver detective: who has experience?
Re: driver detective: who has experience?
Those type of programs are a waste of time. If all your hardware is working OK then leave well alone. Things like Drivers Detectives tend to make you think you have problems you haven't got. Over on the technical forum I frequent, I have seen so many people's PC's get screwed up because of them.
As the old maxim goes. if it ain't broke don't fix it... but it is worth checking from time to time for updated sound & graphics drivers - get them from the manufacturers' sites tho (nowhere else).

Is it any wonder that the monkey's confused?
