I've just seen an ad for "Christian Aid Week" and then we see a landscape which I took to be an India/Pakistan type country going by the landscape and people (I know it's a bit of an assumption) which is mainly Muslim.
It's a Christian thing to help others but why do we never see ads for "Muslim Aid Week"

There are Muslim charities, but they only give aid to other Muslims. It's part of their philosophy not to help the infidel - although they love to take from them.

Far be it from me to defend god botherers of any creed, but it is the Old Testament (ie pre-Christian) that proscribes death for all sorts of failures to abide by the rules. The Christian, new testament, bible tends to be a little less in favour of death for ones life-style choices.

Off top of my head Muslim Hands:
Does Muslim Hands help Muslims only?
A. No, beneficiaries of our work include Muslims and non-Muslims. Whilst most of the areas where we operate have sizeable or majority Muslim populations we do not discriminate based on religion, race or ethnicity. In addition, we are signatories to the Code of Conduct for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement which sets out non-discriminatory guidelines.
There will be others but instead of listing them what I can do is point you in the direction of most mosques and some schools that Muslims go to who make regular donations to charity.
