It was more his grandfathers shadow that he was living under than his fathers shadow. To be the grandson of the leader of the British Union of Fascists, a man who wore a black shirt, an armband, did a salute, had a moustache (think someone from George Orwell's "1984") who, along with his wife, the guy who has just died's grandmother, was interned in World War 2, is quite a burden to carry.
