Terminator Salvation - go see it !

Post by max_tranmere »

I saw this in the cinema this evening. It is brilliant. The special effects are incredible, you are totally overwhelmed. Very innovative, and things happening that you wouldn't expect. I highly recommend this movie...

Hell Max..You is all right man. Yeah I liked it a lot too.

In fact this is the correct forum unless you know any english girls that got boffed by Terminators in a porn movie then it would go up on the main forum but last I knew Terminators werent made with willies.

You gotta admit any movie about a blokes desperation to save mankind from future killing machines by sending his mate back in time to shag his mum has got to be interesting if not a damn head spinner of an idea

I want to see it too. Spent all day watching The Sarah Connor Chronicles...actually still watching them (yeah I know it prob sucks compared to the film but Summer Glau is well nice)

Just the trailer with the track by The Nine Inch Nails of the movie makes me as excited to see this film as the first one I saw in Leicester Square many, many years ago.

Passable summer fluff with the odd, eye-catching flourish, although the menace of the original has long since vanished.

And in no way as entertaining as that suspiciously well-timed 'leak' of Christian Bale's on-set hissy fit.

WARNING: SPOLIER ALERT.
I was chatting to someone yesterday who said they liked the film but the ending could have been better. I agree. It's worth seeing just for the special effects though and the story is very good in my opinion. There is often the desire to leave the thing open-ended in films so they have room for a sequel if they want and they did that with this film.

Deliberately Max. i think we are lead to believe the outcome of John Connor will be the fact he dies at the end presumably the 3rd one...No spoiler there as this was revealed in the previous Terminator movies (3 I think) hence i thought he was gonna get it when ...well you know the bit.

But who knows eh? "The future is not set"

Bale is scheduled for all three. Plus he aint sent Kyle Reese back in time to shag his mum yet.
