Development of zeolite materials (smart compounds comprised: sodium, oxygen, silicon, aluminium) with nano voids for adsorption of chosen gases and vapours e.g. a current project is for the NASA spacesuit - adsorption (i.e. removal) of CO2 exhaled by the astronaut (with zeolite) so that Mr or Ms Spaceman/Spacewoman doesn't asphyxiate when out on a space walk.
