A couple of Wisconsin weirdos will be going to jail for 2nd degree murder for praying over their daughter rather than get medical help.The idiots thouht that God would heal their daughter who could not walk,eat,or talk and was slowly dying of diabetes.A bit of insulin and liquid would have turned this around but instead these creeps thought their prayers would do the job.
I am sad that I am part of human race that believes this shit and similar bollocks like flying planes into tall buildings in the belief they will live a life in the 'hereafter' shagging virgins.

What a pair of heartless selfish bastards, they deserve to get the book thrown at them. I just can't believe that followers of these so called religions can follow such a doctrine that ultimately leads to unnecessary death. If they truly loved their daughter they would have done anything to get their daughter better. Anyone who's a parent on here will know what I'm talking about.
Any reasonable person who's into a religion will take the line that god gave us brains to use so we can better ourselves.

You're missing the issue. The sad thing is that these parents were in no way evil, selfish and heartless. The BELIEVED they were doing what God wanted and so thought they were doing the RIGHT thing. Do you really think it would be easy to pull a 22 year old, sane, intelligent person out of University and persuade him/her that blowing up a bus of school-children is morally acceptable? With God on your side anything is permissible.
Remember: God ordered Abraham to kill his own son. Even though God was only testing Abraham, God wanted him to be willing to follow what God wanted above his own paternal instincts, love for family and friends, and natural urges. Abraham was a 'good and moral' man because of his willingness to kill on God's command.
People talk about religious fanatics compared to moderates but the reality is that the moderates are the bad christians/muslims/jews. In the eyes of the Bible/Quran the fanatics are the ones that are true to their faith.
Luckily for us most religious people are hypocrites; they're hypocrites in that they pick and choose which passages of their holy books they abide by and which to conveniently ignore. Their decisions are based on individual morals and heavily influenced by the ethics of the culture in which they are living. They'll say that praying can heal the sick but in reality will run to the doctor at slightest hint of becoming unwell; they'll criticise science when it tells us we evolved from apes but accept science when it comes to their cars, tv, mobile phones and especially when sat in a plane at 36000 feet! Yes, in this instance hypocrisy FTW!!!
So, people, stop blaming the parents because there was no evil intent on their part. They were brain-washed and deluded by a cult that was thought up by some semi-literate goat-herders whom had questionable ethics about 2000+ years ago; a cult that has a decent record of brain-washing the naive and credulous, which these people seemed to be.
