Got to agree mate, but they got poor towards the end of the series. As well as the two regulars you mention, I always liked Kenneth Connor too - surely the best comedy supporting actor ever?

Is it any wonder that the monkey's confused?

It's hard to pick a single favourite, but my top 5 would be:

1) Up the Khyber
2) Cleo
3) Screaming
4) Cruising
5) Nurse

I used to love Sid James - comic genius and what an incredible laugh.

Gotta agree about Sid - he had the dirtiest laugh ever, but no-one could say Cworrr! like Kenneth Connor.

My wife and I watched them all, in chronological order, recently (up to, and including England).

My favourite team member was Sid.

Camping would be perfect, but for the abysmal ending, so Khyber is probably my favourite.

However, I have a soft spot for Abroad - I just love how Peter Butterworth refers to Kenneth Williams (Mr Farquhar) as 'Mr Farkyharse'.
