Clobal warming

I?m a single person and I drive a decent car (read mucho Co2) and on occasion a motorbike for an adrenalin rush. I turn the heating up when I get cold and I?m not too fussy about recycling (after taking great care to separate things before a trip to the skips, only to be told ?bung it in here, all the rest are full?).
I don?t have any kids and although I?m in a relationship now I think we?re past the breeding stage.
Personally I?m not too concerned about global warming. If I?m lucky, I have maybe another 30 years, so anything I do is not going to make much difference before I peg it.
Isn?t it about time we clamped down on the ?breeders?. Any time you see pictures of a third world country there are always plenty of children. How come they have plenty of energy for shagging and collecting free handouts (if any get past corrupt officials) but no energy to dig irrigation ditches or maybe move to a more fertile part of the country? This would involve great hardship I?m sure but I?ve had to travel a bit to make a living, why can?t they. We might have better infrastructure here but I believe ?where?s there?s a will there?s a way?. Maybe I was brought up to work for a living and not to rely on the state / handouts.
Before anyone starts I include wasters from developed countries as well.
