Your so right Dave-you read of (certain) kids of 14 committing endless burglaries, stealing of cars etc and you have to think where"s the parents moral compass at? If youve grown up in an environment of neglect,no discipline,alowed to do as you like and stay out all hours with no thought towards others or any sense of consequencies,then the PARENTS have alot to answer for! .... The kids grow up not knowing any different or any better and so the cycle continues....

and not everyone with tattoos lives in a council flat....and it isnt everyone in a council flat that is a wrong un....... Its absolutely horrible to think that,but for fate,your born to whoever your parents are and IF YOUR LUCKY they will live in a decent area(as opposed to a poverty stricken one where crime and drugs are rife) and give you a half chance at making something of your life.........
