Hi, what do you call the light here on the stand?



Is it the standard studio light or does it give out less light and how much does it cost?

I see a lot of models doing shots with the light behind them, this is a bad example below, but you know what I mean,



I have 2x 300w lights, do I put the light behind her and just flash or just take the picture and just have the light on, and not flash it? And do i have a light in front of her, but turned down, so I don't cancel out the light behind her?

Any (free) advice given, on f stops and speed (at least i thiink you set the cam to lightning if I do flash the light)
