Can you name this film?

Hello this is my first post here and I have a question.

It's a bit of a long shot and it may be a bit stupid but I was hoping someone could identify the title of a movie I saw about 10 years ago. Or even perhaps one of the actresses...

The movie was Italian (in the Italian language). It was divided into three mutually exclusive parts - so it's not a movie but a collection of three scenarios or vignettes. I saw it in 1994 and I'd guess it was made in the early 90's. No earlier than the late 80's.

The first vignette begins with a car pulling up to a large house. Two stunning Italian women exit the car and go into the house. By and by they are joined by a third Italian woman who is older - perhaps late 30s. All three of them are gorgeous. One of the younger one's is a dark-skinned Italian with enormous ('natural') breasts. The other younger girl is a light-skinned Italian also with large breasts and with a very fit body. All them pretty faces.

They mess around with each other and champagne bottles until much later when the phone rings.

We cut to a scene where two Italian guys, almost certainly early 40's, are trying it on with a women by the foot of a bed. Eventually they discover the woman has a penis! Enraged, they call the older woman from scene one and the older woman apologises and brings the two younger girls over.

OK. The two guys, one of them in particular, are enormously endowed. For the most part the girls ride them reverse-cowboy and they switch partners. The older lady messes with the transsexual, who appears dis-interested. I'd also add: the older Italian lady is very beautiful. Yes, she is aging but her body is still stunning.

Anyway.

Vignette two: a psychologist's office. The psychologist is a fairly-light skinned black guy who reminded me of the Dutch soccer player Ruud Gullit. There's not much to see here. Patients come in and describe, I think (I speak no languages other than English), their sexual problems/desires. Obviously the psychologist provides sexual healing.

Vignette three: lot's of talking in this one so it was difficult to make out. From what I could tell it was a prostitute bust, possibly with something to do with drugs. I'm not sure. Anyway, a blonde policewoman disguises herself as a prostitute in order to lure and arrest this guy. Of course, she only arrests him after they get dirty and he has given up the ghost. Cops swarm and arrest him. End of video.


Well, I know it's a long shot and possibly a bit daft, but does that ring a bell with anyone? It's the first vignette I'm most interested in.

If it doesn't ring a bell, can anyone suggest Italian directors/actresses from the late 80's/early 90's who might possibly fit the description of this movie?

This looks like part of a German film I saw (it was just a trailer). The guy could be familiar, he has quite a muscular body and black hair, dark brown skin.
