Film ID needed

Looking for the name of a film from the 90's it is german I think. It is set in a doctors surgery and the first scene this woman is waiting for the doctor to come and uses a small baseball bat to pleasure herself with. There is also a cloured woman in a later scene.

Could be Dr F.Otze, the first in a the series. Stars Jenny Bee and Kira Red amongst others, but I am not sure.

It's not that film I checked http://e.orgazmik.com/film/detail/1383752.htm?RID=EGA and the lead doctor who you see on the cover isn't the one from the film I am talkign about.

yup, I remember this film, it was all based in some sort of clinic. I cant recall the name though...I would like to know too. I vaguely remember some sex in a cage like structure, I'm sure its German. There's a scene with the receptionist doing anal on the front desk and there is a DP scene at the end.
