Sure sure Mark, and we believe a lot of other silly things Rocco has said in interviews throughout his career (the best one?: that he has made 1,300 films!!!). Holmes was inactive and dying (died March 1988) as Rocco was just beginning his porn career. Holmes did his last films in Italy around 1986 if I am not mistaken, and Rocco was living and working in France at that time.
I think the one actor that may be considered "close" to Holmes near the end of his his career/life was Buck Adams (and sister Amber Lynn).

If you agree with that statement, I'd like to see a list (without titles of films in different languages, films re-released with differing names, endless compilations, etc) and you will not reach beyond 500-600 tops....

I like to discuss with people who follow logic rules of thinking and do not contradict themselves and, in case they do, readily admit as to their faults instead of showing arrogance. You don't have any kind of figures (if you have any at all) but only some very loose extimates and still pretend to have a definitive say on the matter. Let me tell you something: you don't know what you're talking about.

But on the off chance YOU will ever get to list the 1,300 films Rocco claims to have made, don't be shy, post it where everyone can see it, since you are convinced it is an accurate figure.
But then again I know nothing of nothing.
Did YOU have to take an IQ test to join this forum??? What was the your score??? And in the section dealing with "modesty" and "conviviality", how did you do???

You keep running around in circles. And leave aside the innuendos, you should be grown up enough for that.
I didn't say I have the list of all the movies Rocco has performed in: I have just said that the number 1300 doesn't sound so outlandish to me. I.e. that it might (conditional mode, mark), as porn went and goes, very well be possible. It is you who affirm resolutely that is not. That should mean (logically) that you must have a definitive list of his video releases (and even the unreleased ones), shouldn't it? But of course you haven't, because you say that the highest "possible" number of videos he made is ("tops") 600. So you affirm an impossibility on the basis of an approximation (how much approximate I don't know as I don't know the theoretical basis for it). An illustrious poster of this forum might give us the right definition for this kind of reasoning in logic and explain us how reliable it can be, expecially in a field as volatile as porn. As far as I'm concerned, allow me to give you a friendly advice: never put your filmographies on paper and never dub them as definitive or complete: you'd be in for surprises.

By a simple calculation, 1300 videos in an almost 20 year career span mean about 70 movies in a year, i.e. 6 movies a month. There are actors who claim they can do that in a couple of days. I don't believe them, but I think the figure of six videos or movies a month is not an exaggeration but rather low.
