The cover is at odds with the film's content: Babsi and Regina are not illustrated except for a shot of one of them on the back centre. A bespectacled woman is credited on the cover as Uschi but does not appear; neither does a blonde pictured on the back [bottom right]. On the cover Verona is credited as Barbel, Kira as Annelise, Bea as Ilse and Vanessa as Luise. All clear now?
Babsi and Regina I'm sure I've seen before: one looks a lot like XNK2058 and/or was in a scene wearing a blue broad-brimmed hat being fisted by Meridian, possibly one of the Harry Morgan Fetish series; the other is I think a regular in German porn. The former is the one DP'd.

Vanessa/Luise is also credited as Vivian in many other productions like Assman and Euro Angels 21. She used the name Eniko for one other movie. Her scene in Geil mit 40! Teil 3 got very interested in her.
