Looking for the name of a mid-1990's Italian Porn

I was in Hungary in 1997 and saw an Italian movie a friend rented that was the hottest porn movie I've ever seen. I know it's been 10 years, but I would really like to find the title.

The plot (as I recall): A rich woman recalls her past. Her and her sister (as younger women) are molested by an older man who appears to be the boss of the town. Later, the Germans occupy the town and there are two memorable scenes of the girls hiding an American soldier, and a German officer having sex with her younger sister.

The unique thing about the heroine is that she only does oral scenes, no actual intercourse, which is the hottest part of the movie.

Time passes and her sister marrries, and the town boss appears at the wedding and compells the heroine to perform oral sex on him.

At the end of the movie a woman (perhaps the heroine...it HAS been 10 years) has a sexual encounter with this man, and then shoots him.
