I just watched the Blue One DVD version of this film, titled Les Vices caches d'Eva Blue.

I recently watched Jenny Feeling in another film (L'Infirmiere), but she looks very different and plays a completely different role in this film -- in fact, it's hard to believe it's the same actress who plays the lead in both films.
This film is unusual in several ways. First, there is virtually no dialogue until the final scene. Nevertheless, a very clever story emerges, without any talking or captions. Second, much of the footage was shot with a handheld camera, and the viewer's perspective is constantly changing. This is a style that is more common in films today but was uncommon back in the 1970s when this was made.
Third, there are a few segments shot in sepia-tinged black and white, although most of the film is in color. There is a reason for this which may not be immediately obvious. This selective use of b&w in a mostly color film is a technique that's been used more in films in the past 20 years, but was rare 30 years ago.
Finally, there is a short segment during the swimming pool scene which is done in split-screen mode, with -- not two, but four images, each filling one quarter of the screen. (See screencaps.)
In the pool scene, there is some fabulous underwater sex footage, beautifully shot and well edited.
In the orgy scene, Lucie Doll gets a DP (clearly shown, with no cuts). The two unknown actresses wearing face paint are probably Beatrice Lancel and Micheline Aventi, but neither Egafd nor IMDb has much info on either actress.
I'd be curious to learn more about the making of this film and any reviews and criticism it has received. I haven't been able to find anything written in English, and unfortunately I don't speak French. I'd appreciate any info that people here can share. Cheers.

Jouissances perverses = variation of Pamela Mann
First remark : the Blue One DVD is missing 17 minutes from the original movie. It is not a surprise, unfortunately. One can even say that it is a miracle that 1H 01 minutes of the original movie are still on the DVD.
Second remark : its storyline is simply an intelligent and interesting variation - including the idea of almost no dialogue - of THE PRIVATE AFTERNOONS OF PAMELA MANN distributed in France under the French title of FURIES PORNO in 1975.
Conclusion : if you want to know more about that movie, you must do two things :
- screen the uncut VHS or the French almost uncut Canal + TV recording
- screen the American movie directed by Henry Paris / Radley Metzger that was setting its storyline pattern.

Recent US releases of the American title have also been cut, I think, because of VCA's sensitivity to some of the subject matter, though the uncut Italian release of Private Afternoons may still be obtainable.

The French speaking version of PRIVATE AFTERNOONS OF PAMELA MANN must be - I guess - an integral version and I possess the VHS of that version. I can check the running time, anyway, but I think I had communicate it already sometime ago....

This ironical and intelligent remark about madness makes me think of some other ones written by Pascal and La Rochefoucaud on the same matter, which is a classic matter since antic times, to say the truth... as well as women are too...
