To be fair, the reconstructed "pussy" of Lana Wood leaves a lot to be desired. There are and have been very few post-op transsexuals in porn so it is difficult to make comparison. But based from pics found in the net about sex change operations, it was not a great job they did on her, but this occurred at least some 15 years ago.
