70s Movie - French/Italian?

I'm looking for a movie from the 70s. I've no idea what the film is called but it featured the guy in this picture (i think it is Gabriel Pontello
) escaping from jail/prison. The picture isn't from the movie I'm looking for but I've included it for reference.

In the movie I am looking for, the guy above first calls on a busty brunette and ends up having a shower. He then goes for a massage with a busty blonde. All along there seems to be a madame/or similar looking after him and arranging these sessions. I recall one scene where she is naked/undressed whilst on the phone. Any ideas?
