Bibi Fox is credited at the end but does not appear; I'm not
sure what exactly was going on in the edit-suite but when one
opens up the scene-menu the first scene's title momentarily
shows as 'Bibi Fox' before being replaced by 'Suzie Diamond',
who does appear. As Suzie is not credited at the end I
surmise that her scene was a last-minute replacement for a
Bibi scene that for whatever reason was deemed unsuitable.
