Name these films seen on Canal+ in the 80's

I have no idea what these were called or even who were in it, but they were quite excellent and I'd love to get them somewhere if someone can identify them based on my description!

Here goes:

One scene has a guy giving his wife oral sex in their bedroom and the doorbell rings, it's a short haired blonde in a white coat (I think), they sit on the sofa and she gives him oral sex a bit as he looks out for the wife. He meets her in a park the next day and screws her against a tree. The last scene in the movie is the guy and the wife all taking part in the big orgy. The wife was a bitchy looking brunette!

The second one: basically I think it was about a "home invasion" (I think), these people break in to a house and just have (consensual) sex with the homeowners. There is at least one scene in a big bath tub and then one between two women where they "grind" their crotches together in the hallway at the top of the stairs.
